Missing Child Awareness, Prevention and Education Program Volunteer Presenter
(English, Spanish and Vietnamese)
The Missing Child Awareness, Prevention, and Education Program is a presentation designed to be given to groups of 25 - 50 people in a school, church, or social organization setting. The presentation includes handouts, resource materials, and a Power Point or overhead projector presentation.

The Presenter’s Training is designed to train volunteers to present the Missing Child Awareness, Prevention, and Education Program in group settings. The project's objective is to establish a cadre of trained volunteers to positively impact the missing child issue by:

• Raising awareness of the problem
• Providing information on ways to lessen the problem
• Providing the instructions needed to report, and assist in the search for, missing children.

Volunteer Presenters:
1) will attend a two-hour training.
2) will agree to provide a minimum of two, one-hour presentations in the year following their training. Please note that in some cases presenters will need to secure presentation locations and dates on their own due to scheduling conflicts with staff availability.

Presenters and Trainers will be those comfortable speaking in front of groups and those who are passionate about children's safety.

S.A.F.E. Child Puppeteer
The S.A.F.E. Child Puppet Show requires 3 individuals to perform child safety puppet shows for groups of 20 to 100 children. The performances are 15 minutes in length and typically take place Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Puppeteers must undergo a one-hour training class and be flexible in time and location for performances.

Internet Safety Trainers
Internet Safety presentations are multi-media presentations provided to children, teens, and parents – each group has its own safety education component, interactive computer screens, handouts, and identification kits.

Presenters must undergo a 3-hour training and be flexible in time and location for performances.
